Telepathy & the Dream World
with Return to Nature & Sasha Botanica
Summer Solstice Weekend June 20–21 in High Falls NY
$108 full weekend | $54/day
Please RSVP with Sasha by reaching out to: info@sashabotanica.com
Join us in High Falls NY for summer solstice weekend exploring dreams as a form of telepathic connection—an ancient language shared between humans, nature, and the unseen world. Throughout the weekend, we will work with practices for strengthening dream recall, recognizing personal symbols, and cultivating awareness within the dream state.
We will explore the ways dreams communicate through image and synchronicity, and how telepathic connection may arise through the subtle channels of sleep and altered consciousness.
Saturday afternoon, Dan will guide the group through practices in plant perception, instinct, and intuitive awareness. Through plant-sense meditations, intuitive sit spots in the woods, and a blindfolded forest walk, participants will explore instinctual connection with the natural world and practice listening beyond ordinary perception. Together we will engage the subtle languages of plants, landscape, and embodied intuition as a pathway into telepathic awareness, deep attention, and trust in the senses our ancestors once relied upon for survival.
Following these practices, Sasha will lead participants in crafting their own dream talisman or symbolic anchor point for dreamwork—an object created to deepen relationship with recurring dream imagery, inner guidance, and dream awareness.
In the evening, we will gather for a mugwort ceremony and group lucid dreaming experiment. Participants will sleep close to the land with shared intentions for dream connection, telepathic exploration, and heightened dream awareness.
In the morning, we will gather for dream sharing, symbolic interpretation, and discussion around practices for continuing dreamwork beyond the weekend.
Come attune yourself to the subtle language of dreams and explore the mysterious territory where telepathy, symbol, nature, and the unconscious begin to overlap.

Working with clay as a devotional material, participants will sculpt a goddess or yoni-inspired figure for their altar—an embodied symbol of their inner seasons, creativity, and intuitive knowing. The emphasis is on presence rather than perfection, honoring making as a slow, cyclical process rather than a polished outcome.
This workshop offers a grounded space to deepen connection with the body, engage creativity as ritual, and leave with both practical cycle insight and a hand-crafted figurine infused with personal meaning. Nourishing snacks and herbal tea blends will be provided. Open to women of all ages. No prior art experience is necessary. Sculpted pieces will be fired in Newburgh, NY to be picked up at a later date.
Sliding Scale: $45-$65/person

Waxing Moon: Ritual Silk Dyeing Workshop
The Waxing Moon Ritual Silk Dyeing workshop is the second gathering in the Body as Moon series, exploring the phase of emergence—the moment when energy begins to move outward again after a time of inwardness. Following the descent of menstruation, vitality gradually returns, bringing renewed curiosity, clarity, and responsiveness to the world. During this gathering, we will work with natural plant dyes to color silk scarves, allowing the slow unfolding of dye in water, heat, and plant matter to mirror this phase of reawakening. Color develops gradually on the silk, echoing the steady return of life force and the quiet shaping of new possibilities. The finished scarf becomes a tangible marker of renewal—an object created through patience and attention, carrying the imprint of a body turning once again toward growth, creativity, and expression.

Wintering Retreat in Napanoch NY
In the heart of winter, Sasha Botanica & Diana Wassef are gathering women for a slow, inward retreat nestled in the mountains of Naponoch, NY. Held in a cozy mountain home set within 130 acres of private land, surrounded by quiet and open space, this weekend is an invitation to soften, slow down, and be deeply cared for—centering rest, presence, and spaciousness.
❋ Nourishing The BodyHomemade meals, herbal blends, and herbal workshops are woven throughout the retreat. Food, tea, and shared moments around the table become part of the care, alongside womb wisdom that supports the body through winter in a steady, grounded way.
❋ Gathering in CommunityWe gather with women in the heart of winter to be together. Sitting in circle, sharing space, and moving through the weekend side by side creates a sense of warmth, support, and quiet connection.
❋ Creative DowntimeWinter invites slowness. Spacious time to rest, journal, sit by the fire, or make with the hands allows creativity to emerge naturally. From emptiness and pause, something soft and true has space to emerge.
❋ Seasonal BodyWhatever phase of life or cycle you are in, the medicine is there. We explore the relationship between the outer seasons in nature and the inner seasons of the body, the cycle, and the moon, deepening awareness through listening rather than fixing.
