Sculpting the Sacred: Cycle Wisdom & Creative Ritual with Sasha Botanica & Diana Wassef

Tuesday, June 30th 6:30pm-8:30pm at Tweefontein Herb Farm

This collaborative workshop weaves menstrual cycle wisdom with hands-on creative ritual. Guided by Diana’s teachings on the menstrual cycle and natural fertility, and Sasha’s Sculpting the Sacred practice, participants will explore the cyclical nature of the body through both learning and making.

Working with clay as a devotional material, participants will sculpt a goddess or yoni-inspired figure for their altar—an embodied symbol of their inner seasons, creativity, and intuitive knowing. The emphasis is on presence rather than perfection, honoring making as a slow, cyclical process rather than a polished outcome.

This workshop offers a grounded space to deepen connection with the body, engage creativity as ritual, and leave with both practical cycle insight and a hand-crafted figurine infused with personal meaning.  Open to women of all ages. No prior art experience is necessary. Sculpted pieces will be fired in Newburgh, NY to be picked up at a later date.

Pricing:

Sliding Scale $45-$65/person

Bio:

Diana Wassef is a Lebanese-Egyptian cycle educator living in the Hudson Valley, whose work centers on menstrual cycle awareness, natural fertility, and cyclical living as a path to deeper embodiment. Through her guidance, she supports women in reconnecting with their inner rhythms, and through Cremona Studios—her sustainable fashion label—she weaves the phases of the cycle into garments and stories that honor the wisdom carried in the body.

Sasha is an herbalist and artist living in the Hudson Valley whose work is rooted in the rhythms of nature and the ever-changing cycles of the seasons.
