Herbal Medicine Retreat: Weekend Retreat with Sasha Botanica & Return to Nature in High Falls NY
Herbal Medicine Retreat
with Return to Nature & Sasha Botanica
August 9–10
$108 full weekend | $54/day
Join Sasha and Dan for a weekend immersion in herbal practices, focused on understanding plant energetics and crafting effective topical remedies. This retreat offers a balance of theory and hands-on experience, beginning with an introduction to constitutional herbalism—an approach that connects plant constituents to organ systems and patterns of imbalance. Through a guided plant walk and collaborative harvest, participants will learn to identify, select, and prepare herbs for medicinal use.
Together, we’ll work step-by-step through crafting infused oils, exploring formulation techniques and how herbal oils can be used to support the body topically.
Alongside the practical work, we’ll include time for discussion, shared meals, and guided plant meditation to support intuitive and sensory awareness. This retreat is designed for those new to herbalism as well as practitioners looking to refine their skills in clinical and community-based care. All materials and meals provided.
