Herbal Medicine Retreat
with Return to Nature & Sasha Botanica
August 9–10
$108 full weekend | $54/day
This retreat centers on constitutional herbalism—an approach that cultivates the ability to sense the qualities of plant constituents and their connection to the organ systems they support.
Through a plant walk and collaborative harvest, we will learn to identify and prepare herbs for medicinal use and explore the process of crafting infused oils - learning practical techniques and how to apply them to aid the bodies healing needs.
Amidst this plant education, we’ll include time for discussion, shared meals and plant-sense meditation to support intuitive and sensory awareness all in a beautiful sanctuary and retreat space.
